Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction arm, you will support three divisions: Build, Civil, and Asset Renewal. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the end-to-end bid process for multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet client requirements.

* Xperience in coordinating cross-functional teams is required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
2. Coordinate bid kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with internal stakeholders to align on win themes and key messaging.
3. Work closely with senior leadership, estimators, technical teams, and delivery personnel to coordinate input and approval.
4. Maintain and refine bid templates, libraries, and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
