WAY Electrical is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administrator support officer to join the team based at our Canning Vale Office.

This role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office and operations.. You will be a key point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders and play an important role in supporting day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurately process delivery documentation and receipts

· Process and manage incoming invoices and related records

· Coordinate uniform management, including stock control and ordering

· Provide HR administrative support, including arranging employee medicals and completing reference checks

· Provide professional front-desk and reception services

· Monitor and manage the administration email inbox, including invoices, applications, and general enquiries

· Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently

· Undertake general errands and ad-hoc tasks as required

· Assist with the preparation and handling of ferrules and stainless-steel labels

· Provide administrative support for projects and operational activities

· Support tender processes by printing drawings and compiling tender documentation

· Maintain office facilities and supplies, including replenishing printer paper and ordering stationery

· Arrange occasional freight and courier bookings

About You

· Demonstrated experience within a similar role within office support or project support.

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Advanced experience using MS office suite is preferred – specifically MS Excel.

· Demonstrates strong initiative and proactive approach to work

· Willingness to support across multiple functions for various members of the Operations team.

· Excellent written and verbal communication
