About the Role
We're on the lookout for a vibrant, confident individual to become part of the Happy Feet Fitness family. As one of our superstar Instructors, you'll bring joy, movement, and imagination to life for children aged 0–5 in early learning centres.
This is a fun, flexible contractor position - perfect for performers, dancers, educators or anyone who loves working with children and wants to make a real impact.
This role delivers classes in a variety of suburbs around the southern Geelong region including Charlemont, Torquay, Whittington, Grovedale, and Waurn Ponds.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering fun, structured 30-minute classes using music, dance, magic, movement and imaginative play
* Performing in character (yes, costumes are provided!)
* Engaging with children, families and educators in a warm, professional way
* Working school-friendly hours, 4-5 days per week
* Bringing energy and creativity into every session!
What You'll Need
* A contractor mindset – this is a self-managed role, with earnings based on each class delivered (not an employee role)
* Experience in dance, fitness, drama, or early childhood education
* Confidence, creativity, and strong communication skills
* Available 4-5 days per week, during school hours (essential)
* WWCC, First Aid Certificate, and an ABN (essential)
* A reliable car to transport props and equipment (essential)
* Permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions (essential)
* 18 + only for supervision and insurance purposes (essential)
