Join one of Australia’s most dynamic consultancies as a NetSuite Technical Lead, and take ownership of delivering complex ERP solutions for a growing portfolio of clients. With multiple high-impact NetSuite projects already underway and more in the pipeline, this role offers the chance to shape solutions that truly transform businesses.
The Opportunity
As the NetSuite Technical Lead, you’ll play a key role in architecting, developing, and delivering NetSuite solutions across a wide range of industries. You’ll work closely with Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to design scalable, efficient, and high-quality technical solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical depth with client-facing delivery and team mentoring.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the technical design and implementation of NetSuite solutions for multiple clients.
* Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and integrations (SuiteScript 2.0, RESTlets, SuiteTalk).
* Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations.
* Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring high coding standards and solution quality.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout project lifecycles.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvements, and delivery frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
* Extensive experience working with NetSuite in a technical capacity—ideally within a consulting environment.
* Strong skills in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteTalk, and integration design (REST/SOAP).
* Proven track record leading or mentoring technical teams on NetSuite projects.
* Ability to balance multiple client engagements and manage stakeholder expectations.
* A passion for solving complex problems and delivering real business value.
