Executive Support Officer Job Description
This role will provide a range of administrative and executive support services to support the achievement of organisational objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assessing and prioritising requests to facilitate optimal use of the executive's time
* Managing the executive director's calendar, information flow, records and correspondence
* Drafting and preparing correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes
* Gathering, collating and providing background information to support informed decision making and planning
* Providing administrative and logistical support to facilitate adherence to relevant agency policy
Key qualifications include previous experience working in a government role and demonstrated experience providing executive support and assistance services.
