Production Supervisor / Batcher | Tamworth
We're excited to offer a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor / Batcher, supporting our Concrete Operations in Tamworth. In this role, you'll work closely with the Concrete Plant Manager and act as their second‐in‐command, ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations. We're looking for someone who is passionate about safety, results‐driven, and committedадий to delivering excellent service. Strong communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers are essential. Confidence with computers and previous batching experience will be highly regarded, but we are happy to provide training if you're the right fit.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position offers outstanding career developmentೂರು opportunities within the industry. You'll gain hands‐on experience in concrete production, quarry materials, plant operations, batching, scheduling, and logistics. This is a full‐time role, Monday to Friday, with overtime and Saturday work as required. Start and finish times may vary, so flexibility is important.
