We are looking for a driven, competitive, results-obsessed Business Development Manager who loves the chase, thrives on targets, and wants their effort rewarded. This role will specifically focus on Forklifts heading up our forklift division for Access Hire in Sydney.

You'll own your territory and be responsible for driving growth by:
* Hunting and securing new business opportunities across the NSW region
* Actively building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
* Turning cold and warm leads into long-term customers
* Becoming a trusted solutions partner to your clients
* Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
* Conducting regular customer site visits and strengthening relationships
* Preparing fast, accurate quotes and tailored hire solutions
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
This is a full-time, field-focused role based out of our St Marys branch, Monday to Friday, 7am -5pm.

* A track record of winning new business and growing revenue
* Equipment hire, construction, or related industry experience (highly regarded)

* Excellent time management and territory planning skills
* A current driver's licence
