Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to contribute to a high-impact government transformation initiative by supporting a multi-year program delivering new case management capabilities for a federal tribunal.
You will work closely with the Program Director to develop and manage integrated project timelines, coordinate across multiple teams, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for large-scale programs.
* Perform resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
* Consolidate project schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis in collaboration with multiple project managers.
* Identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
* Present project information to stakeholders at various levels.
Required Skills:
* Experience with Agile release planning and mapping to broader project schedules is highly desirable.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules for large-scale programs.
2. Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
3. Ability to consolidate project schedules and provide impact analysis across multiple projects.
