Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-off Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end-users across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely across various devices, platforms, and operating systems.
Support both Mac and Windows environments, ensuring seamless functionality for all users.
Respond promptly to service desk tickets, emails, and calls, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document issues, solutions, and processes in the ticketing system to ensure knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations as required.
Maintain a strong focus on communication, ensuring users are informed throughout the troubleshooting process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple devices and platforms.
Proficiency in supporting both MacOS and Windows operating systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members when needed.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
