We are seeking a breakfast cook with experience working in a fast paced restaurant through busy breakfast service periods with specific experience cooking a large volume or poached, fried and scrambled eggs to order.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years breakfast cooking experience and full Australian working rights.
You will be required to independently open the kitchen and cook through the early morning shoulder periods alone and then work as part of a team of experienced cooks during peak service.
This position requires availability for 4-5 days per week and successful candidates must be available to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends as required.
This role also includes a large amount of prep tasks such as using a robot coupe to slice & chop vegetable, making dough, rolling pizza bases, preparing lasagnes and other base sauces.
