The Senior Administration Officer provides high quality financial, human resource and administrative support to the work group.
The Senior Administration Officer Key Responsibilities Are
* Developing, implementing and maintaining effective administrative systems, including systems relating to the management of human resource, finance, asset, performance reporting and business processes.
* Providing timely, high-quality advice and support to the manager.
* Managing the business processes relating to the human, financial and physical resources, including preparation of budget forecasts and expenditure, reconciliations and management of accommodation and assets.
* Managing and supervising an administrative team and providing assistance, support and mentoring to administrative staff.
* Participating as a member of the Management Team and contributing to strategic and operational planning, reviews and key decision making.
* Liaising with clients, Departmental officers and other government and nongovernment organisations as necessary.
* Enhancing the local community by actively practicing and promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improving client service.
* Recognising and contributing to the AS&RS Governance Structure, supporting quality outcomes for clients through the delivery of quality services and continuous improvement.
* You understand budget, shift worker payroll, shift worker rostering, and finance and human resource management principles in a public sector environment.
Your Mandatory Requirements
* P1 or P2 Provisional or Open "C" or "CA" class Australian driver's licence.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
