Event & Marketing Coordinator to support our brand, customers, and internal teams through well executed marketing initiatives and professional events deliveries.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Planning, coordinating and executing our company events from logistics to on-site support
* Supporting a range of marketing and communication activities
* Setting up and managing webinars, including bookings and digital tools
* Supporting internal communications across different teams
* Coordinating promo merchandise and printed marketing materials
* Helping with local marketing activities and customer-focused campaigns
What we are looking for:
Ideally, you will have some experience marketing, events, communications or a similar coordination role. You don't mind rolling out the sleeves to plan and deliver events from start to finish (you enjoy making things run smoothly!).
We would like you to have a keen eye for detail, clear communication skills and the ability to handle a few different tasks at once without breaking a sweat.
