An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast-paced team at our Smeaton Grange branch. This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package.
About the role:
* Process supplier invoices and reconcile purchase orders, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
* Maintain supplier accounts, track payments and resolve discrepancies.
* Prepare and coordinate payment runs.
* Reconcile major supplier statements monthly, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
* Respond to supplier payment enquiries.
* Complete credit card reconciliations.
* Reconcile sublet accounts monthly.
* Support reporting and general accounting tasks as required.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following personal attributes:
* Previous accounts payable experience is essential.
* Minimum of 2+ years of accounts payable experience is required.
* Ability to work collaboratively and liaise with multiple departments.
* Knowledge of dealer management systems (Auto-IT/PMDS experience will be highly regarded).
* Excellent administration and time management skills.
* Ability to take direction and follow processes.
* Ability to manage high-volume transactions daily.
