SMYL Community Services is seeking experienced Relief Trainers and Assessors to support delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Programme across the Kwinana, Rockingham, and Mandurah regions.

About the Role
As a Relief Trainer, you will:
* Deliver accredited training across a range of qualifications and courses, primarily in Business, Community Services and General Education
* Support learners to develop language, literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy skills
* Step in to cover planned and unplanned trainer absences
* Deliver engaging, inclusive, and learner-centred training sessions
* Assess learner progress in line with RTO and compliance requirements
Training may be delivered across multiple sites in the Kwinana, Rockingham, and Mandurah areas.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must (or be willing to obtain):
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current National Police Clearance
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
* Sound understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (2025)
Highly Desirable
* Certificate II or higher in Community Services and/or Business
* A recognised undergraduate degree (minimum 3 years)
* Experience delivering training within SEE, LLND or similar programs
* Proven ability to design, develop and implement learning and assessment materials
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
