We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team. In this role, you'll deliver high‐quality food that meets established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety requirements, while supporting the senior culinary brigade and contributing to smooth daily operations.
What You'll Do
* Prepare and present food to a high standard across à la carte, daily, and seasonal menus
* Support day‐to‐day kitchen operations and assist with training junior team members
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
* Monitor food quality, portion control, and efficient use of ingredients
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure seamless service
* Assist with stock control, menu preparation, events, and off‐site catering as required
* Deliver a positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork in a fast‐paced environment
