Assistant Groups, Meetings and Events Sales Manager (Full-Time)

Responsibilities
Lead and grow the sales team to exceed targets through coaching and collaboration
Promote a safe, engaged, and communicative workplace aligned with hotel goals
Manage event sales professionally by responding promptly, building client relationships, upselling thoughtfully, and ensuring smooth coordination and accurate documentation
Drive revenue through strategic sales, client retention, and market insights
Ensure accuracy, team alignment via data management, financial compliance, and regular planning and brand support
About You
Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
Immediate starter with 2–5 years' hotel industry experience and operational insight
A proactive team player ready to lead, learn, and grow within a dynamic, evolving team environment
A savvy leader with EQ, multitasking magic, and a passion for training, teamwork, and embracing change
