About the role:
* Please note: This position is offered as a fixed‑term contract. The contract length will be confirmed with the successful candidate. Develop a strong team culture that encourages success and minimises staff turnover
* Create a profit orientated environment managing all aspects of the dealership including finance & insurance, parts & accessories, service department, new and used motorcycle sales
* Identify opportunities for growth within the industry and maintain manufacturer relationships
* Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to including workplace health & safety, sales processes and human resources
* Staff training and development including performance management reviews
* Work closely with marketing department to plan dealership specific events and promotions
About you:
* You will have a proven background in sales, sales management and/or finance & insurance sales within an automotive dealership
* Strong communication skills are essential as your role is to provide leadership, training, and direction to the team members under your guidance
* Meticulously organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excel at customer service, maximising customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
