We're looking for a strategic, customer-focused professional to lead a Life Support program that plays a critical role in protecting customers who rely on life-sustaining equipment in their homes.

This position offers the opportunity to blend regulatory compliance with innovation, automation, and community partnership — ensuring customers receive safe, efficient, and compassionate service every step of the way.

About your new role:

As the Compliance Lead for Life Support services, you will be responsible for overseeing critical compliance functions that directly impact vulnerable customers. This role combines regulatory oversight with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading the identification, interpretation, and implementation of compliance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
* Guiding internal teams on compliance matters and delivering effective training and communication.
* Managing and reporting on Life Support breaches and near misses and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are in place.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive automation and reduce manual processing within SAP and CRM systems.
* Designing and implementing a customer-focused Life Support service model.
* Maintaining and updating all Life Support content across digital and print channels.
* Engaging with external stakeholders, including councils, healthcare providers, and community groups.
* Supporting strategic initiatives and projects, including responding to market rule changes and supporting internal reporting and administration.

About you:

You are an experienced compliance professional who can balance regulatory requirements with a strong customer focus. You're proactive, organised, and a confident communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.

To be successful, you will have:

* Demonstrated experience in a compliance-focused role, including breach investigation and reporting.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with 5+ years' experience in cross-functional coordination.
* Experience using CRM platforms and reporting dashboards (4+ years).
* Background in customer relationship management, ideally within healthcare, social work, or government.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and deliver insights to a variety of audiences.
* Experience representing organisations in industry forums or working groups is highly regarded.
