**About the role**
As Store Leader you will be responsible for leading and engaging a team of Optometrist/s, Optical Dispensers and Retail Assistants. This is a 'customer first' people focused role with operational accountability.
You'll be able coach and developing your team to ensure our customers receive a premium service whilst focusing on exceeding store profit and targets. Bupa Optical aims to deliver the best in eye care and eyewear for both Bupa members and non-members, you'll be proud to be a part of that vision.
We are seeking 'expression of interest' for motivated Leaders with excellent customer care and sales skills. Once a role becomes available that meet your criteria, we'll get in touch with you to arrange an interview.
**About you**

- Ideally have optical store management experience and the desire to now join us - the best in the business
- OR you have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a retail store from your solid store management career
- Have a proven track record in leading and coaching a team to achieve KPI's and enjoy bringing out the best in every team member
- Have the capability to balance performance and supporting and developing your team to be the best
- Exposure to Optimate (advantageous)
