* Assist in creating safe, inclusive classrooms through whole-school policies and positive behaviour strategies.
* Ensure cultural safety while supporting Aboriginal students' wellbeing, attendance, engagement, and cultural identity.
* Contribute to improved academic, social, emotional, and cultural outcomes for Aboriginal students.
* Collaborate with teachers, the AEO, and support teams while engaging in ongoing professional learning.
This role requires effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have experience working with Aboriginal students and communities, as well as a strong understanding of the importance of cultural safety and inclusivity.
