**About You**
Essential to this role is an experienced CEO with a proven track record in leading and managing high functioning, collaborative teams and achieving exceptional organisational outcomes. You will have the ability to work proactively and independently, and will demonstrate a commitment to excellence across strategic, operational, governance and financial delivery.

- Previous experience as a CEO
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience in identifying and developing strategic partnerships
- Interest or experience in creating positive change in the Indigenous context is essential
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and advocacy skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships with the Board and corporate, philanthropic and government stakeholders
- High-level strategic planning ability
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to present to a diverse audience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in fundraising
- Proven ability to implement expansion in a measured and strategic manner
- Demonstrated experience in leading a smaller organisation to growth
- Proven ability in building and leading teams
- Demonstrated experience in governance, risk management, financial planning, budgeting, media and communications
- Advanced computer skills
