Based in Broome, WA, and reporting to the Business Services Executive Manager, this isn't just a coordinator role - it's an opportunity to drive change, influence leadership, and embed learning into the heartbeat of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the launch and ongoing implementation of our new Learning Development Framework
* Work with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways
* Coordinate training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member
* Manage and optimise our ELMO Learning Management System
* Design and deliver onboarding, induction and cultural orientation programs
* Oversee clinical credentialing and competency programs
* Use data and feedback to evaluate, report, and continuously improve L D outcomes
* Champion a positive, collaborative, reflective learning culture across all teams
Requirements
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar learning and development, workforce capability, or related field.
The successful candidate will bring:
* Exposure to managing learning systems, planning programs or coordinating training events
* A knack for turning chaos into clarity and spreadsheets into strategy
* A genuine drive to build people up and support their success
