Job Overview
We are growing our team based at our main office and are looking for skilled professionals to take ownership of the customer journey across various channels, including email, SMS, app, referral, reviews, rewards, UGC, and notifications.
Your mission is to drive profitable revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, increase retention, boost customer lifetime value, and foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of new automated and transactional SMS campaigns and flows.
* Review and optimisation of current app and browser push strategy to increase revenue and conversion rate.
* Management of the marketing & performance calendar.
* Collaboration with leaders to plan daily marketing messages and stories that are consistent, timely, and relevant.
* Creation of a testing framework to partner with the Performance Marketing Analyst on A/B test set up and reporting.
* Taking ownership of CLTV, conversion rate, retention, and reactivation optimisation.
* Implementation of wins, learnings, new technologies, and best practices to help grow the business.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency-side, ideally with experience in ecommerce.
* Expertise in CRM tools, including workflows, custom functions, reports, and dashboards.
* Strong attention to detail and passion for creating great customer experiences.
* Solid understanding of consumer metrics and eCommerce.
* Experience working and collaborating with various stakeholders.
* A passion for the end-to-end customer journey and using data to eliminate roadblocks and identify opportunities.
* Strong project management skills, including prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Aptitude for analysing data, identifying trends, and using those insights to highlight opportunities/weaknesses.
* Innovative thinker and collaborative team player.
* PASSION FOR KEEPING UP TO DATE WITH LATEST CRM TRENDS.
