**The Company**:
A well-established, FMCG national organisation located conveinently in Knoxfield is currently looking for an experienced Credit professional to ideally commence ASAP on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
This opportunity will offers you the ideal work / life / balance of 3 days work from office and 2 days from home.
**The Role**:
Reporting through to the Team Leader your duties will include:
- Collection of customer overdue accounts according to agreed terms
- Ensure collection action is consistent with various terms
- Credit notes
- Manage stop supply and release of orders
- Negotiation of payment plans
- Liaise with branch personnel and Group Head Office Managers as needed
- Refer accounts requiring further collection or legal action
- Work to achieve specific KPIs and targets as set by the Team Leader
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on ledger status
- Other duties as directed time to time by Team Leader
**Your Attributes**:
To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in a similar role, have strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with people, excellent negotiation skills and a great customer service attitude.
