Change Manager required for this leading Financial Services business.
As Change Manager you will drive Change activities around Change Impact, Planning, Communication and Training across large, complex Programs. You will be focussed on the people side of Change; engaging stakeholders and working collaboratively with wider teams to lead and deliver Change and Training for employees, with a view towards improving Customer Service.
You must have Change experience at Change Analyst or Change Manager level and have worked in large complex environments. You must take a people-centric view of Change Management and display the ability to engage stakeholders across all areas of the business.
