You’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and delicious food products.In this role, you will work on cutting-edge automated equipment, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, and support continuous improvement projects — all while ensuring a safe and supportive workplace.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and coordinate preventative maintenance activities.Complete planned maintenance tasks and prioritize breakdowns to meet production needs.Provide technical support and training to machine operators for basic troubleshooting.Document all work performed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Investigate equipment issues to prevent out-of-spec finished goods.Assist in meeting safety, quality, and industry standards, including BRC compliance.Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects.QualificationsRequired:Mechanical Fitter Trade or equivalent certification.Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic systems.Experience in fault-finding and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Ability to read schematic diagrams and interpret machinery manuals.Effective communication skills for cross-functional teamwork and reporting.Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (specific shifts detailed in the description).Preferred:Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.Welding, turning, and sheet metal fabrication skills.Automation experience is a bonus but not essential.Why Join Us?Here, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
