Now, we’re ready to accelerate our next chapter of growth.The positionAs the Head of Marketing and Growth – Tiimely Home, you will lead the charge in reimagining how Australians discover and experience home loans. You’ll help us scale our retail performance through bold growth eCommerce strategies and data-led marketing execution. You’ll be a hands-on marketing leader with deep performance marketing expertise, a sharp commercial mindset, and the creativity to disrupt convention.You’ll be responsible for driving acquisition, revenue and market presence across all channels. From paid digital campaigns and lifecycle marketing to customer insights and retail velocity – this role covers it all. You’ll work closely with the Tiimely Home team to ensure our customers’ needs and our market opportunity are at the heart of every initiative.As a strategic thinker who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, you’ll be just as confident setting the big picture as you are deep in campaign execution or reporting dashboards.Your other responsibilities will include:Leading and executing Tiimely Home’s retail marketing strategy to support growth in customer acquisition and revenue.Driving performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft/Bing, affiliate and programmatic channels.Collaborating with the Tiimely Home team on lifecycle marketing, messaging and acquisition journey optimisation.Using data, insights and market intelligence to shape strategy and day-to-day decision-making.Championing the voice of the customer – ensuring customer needs, pain points and behaviour are embedded into everything we do.Developing and delivering eCommerce campaigns that bring the Tiimely Home proposition to life.Measuring and improving retail performance using analytics and experimentation.Monitoring the home loan market to identify customer trends and new opportunities.Launching new growth initiatives to position Tiimely Home as Australia’s go-to digital broker.The successful candidateHere’s some of the things we’d like you to bring:Strong proven experience in consumer marketing, ideally with a background in one of Australia’s top-tier retailers, eCommerce businesses, or high-growth fintechs.Proven ability to scale growth through innovative strategies, not just optimise existing channels.Proven track record in performance marketing and customer acquisition at scale.Strong knowledge of digital channels – Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic, affiliates, and remarketing.Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, UTM tracking) and campaign diagnostics.A commercial mindset with the ability to deliver measurable growth and manage performance budgets effectively.Experience leading or working closely with creative and content teams to deliver campaigns that convert.Strong stakeholder management skills – you can influence across teams and keep cross-functional projects moving forward.You’re adaptable, strategic, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.Relevant Tertiary qualifications would be highly desirable.What’s in it for you?An attractive remuneration package + access to generous employee share schemes.Hybrid working options and flexibility to support your lifestyle.Opportunity to work from our Adelaide or Sydney offices.Be part of a company on a mission to reshape home lending in Australia.Whilst all our job opportunities have specific criteria, if the above describes who you are but you don’t tick every box, we still encourage you to apply.
