Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and operational processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry best practices.Team Development & Leadership: Lead and develop multi-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Chemical & Process Expertise: Manage the production of specialty foam and floral solutions, ensuring compliance with chemical manufacturing standards.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives and growth initiatives.Process Improvement: Identify and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to enhance product innovation and operational scalability.Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in operations leadership within chemical, specialty manufacturing, or industrial materials industries.Strong expertise in chemical manufacturing, complex formulations, and process optimization.Proven ability to lead multi-site operations, including manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain functions.Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cultural and operational transformation.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.About Pacific International Executive Search:
