Responsibilities
:
1. Provide data, trends analysis, consumer and market insights to support optimising performance and conversion rates across digital assets
2. Drive effective use of digital and website optimisation tools - including research, design reviews and conducting A/B testings
3. Manage SEO performance across GRS websites and rmend SEO lead activities and improvements
4. Measuring and tracking the online customer journey and rmending improvements to increase overall engagement rate
5. Deliver and manage monthly GRS digital dashboards reporting
6. Create Adobe Analytics workspaces to deliver campaigns reporting across the business
7. Sharing insights and rmendations with internal stakeholders to assist in formulating data driven decisions
8. Conductpetitor analysis, benchmark capabilities and evaluate new market trends and online user behaviour to identify new optimisation opportunities
9. Identify opportunities to uplift value from existing solutions
10. Assist in process improvements
You will bring:
11. 3 - 5 years of digital marketing experience working in an agile environment
12. Expert proficiency with web analytics tools, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
13. Proficiency with Tag Management tools, Adobe Launch or GTM
14. Experience and knowledge of best practices in developing website and mobile front-end development advantageous but not essential
15. Strong SEO skills and experience is essential
16. Solid knowledge in utilising AB/multi variate tools - we can upskill you in these tools if need be
17. Confident in using Content Management Systems (CMS) and building landing pages. An understanding of HTML and CSS would be advantageous but not essential
18. Knowledge of digital marketing automation platforms is beneficial
19. High level of attention to detail including demonstrated analytical and reporting skills.
20. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
