About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join our small and friendly team in Perth.
Key Responsibilities :
Process invoices and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Process bank reconciliation.
Reconciliation of credit card statements, employees' expenses, and inter-company account transactions.
Assist with AP activities month-end closing.
Ensure compliance with all reporting timelines.
Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or required missing invoices.
Ad hoc tasks required by the Financial Controller.
About You :
Knowledge of AP invoices in foreign currencies and reconciliation of Inter-company transactions.
Ability to review and implement continuous improvement ideas.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in Xero, Approval Max and Procore (preferred).
Strong skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel & Word).
