About the Role
This position requires building relationships with business partners to create and action new business opportunities, supporting customers, and managing Salesforce opportunities and national leads.
* Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned portfolio of small businesses.
* Establish strong relationships with business partners to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and track Salesforce opportunities and national leads, ensuring timely conversion into sales.
* Engage in retention activities to maintain existing customer base.
* Analyze credit requirements and approve temporary excesses or increased limit requests.
* Coach and mentor team members on best practices and behaviors.
* Oversee lending and product requests for small businesses, providing holistic banking solutions.
* Address customer complaints and escalations until resolution is reached.
* Foster development of less experienced bankers within the team.
* Drive risk management and compliance across the customer portfolio.

* Demonstrated experience in lending roles.
