ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sales Admin role is critical to the effective day-to-day operation of Metagen's sales support and administration processes. The primary purpose of this role is to provide reliable sales administration, order processing, agency support, freight coordination, and reporting support to help ensure the Sales Team and broader business operate efficiently and with accurate, timely information.
You will work closely with the Sales Team, agents, warehouse/dispatch, production, lab, and finance/admin to help maintain smooth operational flow across the business. From processing orders and coordinating freight, to preparing reports and supporting agency administration, this role is central to keeping key systems, processes, and communication running well.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting sales operations, maintaining system accuracy, and helping close the communication loop between orders, freight, and the Sales Team.

ABOUT YOU:
