You will be responsible for providing supervision, training, coaching, and support to our customer service officers and other staff members, as well as implementing operational systems and procedures to ensure high standards of service delivery.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* Demonstrated experience working within an aquatic or recreational facility
* Demonstrated experience in cash handling and point of sale operations
* Ability to use current Microsoft Office software
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Food Handling Certificate recognised in NSW, or willingness to obtain
* Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
