Cup and Carry is seeking an experienced Printer to operate our cutting-edge EKOFA press in a safe, supportive, and innovative environment. If you have a strong background in printing and are eager to learn and develop your skills in flexographic printing, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain printing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
* Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements
* Monitor product quality and maintain GMP standards
* Achieve productivity and waste reduction targets
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and printer trials
* Record production data and assist with root cause investigations
* Collaborate with team members and uphold company values
* Operate other production machinery as required
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Previous experience in a printing environment (any process)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices
Desirable:
* Experience in full process printing or high-end consumer packaging for FMCG
* Willingness to learn and develop skills in flexographic printing
