Randall Group are is a well established family business located in Inverell, Northern NSW with secondary offices also located in other parts of the region.

As we continue to expand our project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

The right candidate will be required to relocate to the area and we are willing to assist with relocation costs for the right applicant.

Core Responsibilities:

* Project support: Assist project managers by handling administrative tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Directly supervise capital projects when required.

* Scheduling and coordination: Organize project schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage the allocation of resources. Drive quality assurance, safety performance, and continuous improvement across project execution. Provide leadership and direction to coordinate task completion.

* Communication: Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, and provide regular updates. Provide leadership and direction to coordinate task completion. Willingness to assist with other duties as required in line with operational needs. Liaising with clients to achieve project objectives.
* Documentation and tracking: Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and monitor project progress against plans, including all Quality & WH&S documentation to each project & MDR's. Ensure all project data is entered into the relevant system.
* Budget and cost management: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and assist with budget planning. Attend project tender reviews and handovers to provide input as required.

* Risk and issue management: Help identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.

* Tender Submissions: Complete all documentation for the submission of tenders

Required skills and qualifications

* Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain order. Must be self motivated.
* Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with various parties.
* Technical proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management such as Microsoft Project. Must be familiar/proficient with Government Tender Documents including but not limited to GC21 & MW21. Must have sound computer skills.
* Attention to detail: A strong focus on detail to ensure accuracy in all project-related tasks.
* Problem-solving: Ability to identify and help resolve issues that may arise.

* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Highly desirable: Previous experience as a Project Coordinator and Trade Qualifications

* Essential: Must be able to obtain a Working With Children's Check & Police Check
