Paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the organization.A collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued.Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)On-Call: Required for after-hours emergencies, including weekends and holidaysRequirements:Minimum of 23 years of direct experience as a Make-Ready or Maintenance Technician (preferably in an apartment or commercial property setting)Valid Drivers License and reliable transportationBackground check requiredMust provide and use your own set of basic hand toolsExcellent customer service and communication skillsProfessionalism in appearance and behaviorStrong problem-solving skillsComfortable with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenanceAbility to wear company-issued uniform while on dutyPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to climb ladders and work in tight or elevated spacesStanding or walking for extended periodsMust be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsResponsibilities:Perform routine maintenance in office buildings, common areas, and amenitiesPrepare vacant units, including painting, cleaning, and repairsPerform HVAC maintenance and repairs; maintain refrigerant log for inspectionsComplete work orders efficiently and document completed tasksMaintain the grounds and ensure property cleanliness and curb appealRespond to on-call emergencies in a timely and professional mannerIdentify and report deficiencies or hazards to the Property ManagerMonitor the condition of building systems and assist with preventive maintenanceMaintain professionalism in all tenant and client interactionsDemonstrate company core values: Flexibility, Can-Do Attitude, Focus on Results, Adroit, and Customer Service FocusOther duties as assigned
