**As a Inside Sales Program Manager, you will**:
Work with sales and business leadership and cross functional teams on the ongoing enhancement of the Accenture MDR channel program. Work with sales and business leadership on developing and enabling new routes to market Provide ongoing program governance through process enhancements and constant evaluation of current routes to Market Help design, develop, drive key Sales programs. Monitor, Manage and Report on related program metrics. Manage and deliver on MDR SOC customer support responsibilities.
**We are looking for experience in the following skills**:
- Experience with selling or security delivery.
- Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor degree or equivalent)
- An excellent communicator (written, verbal and presentation skills)
- Confident and comfortable engaging senior and executive management with external customers
- Strong people skills with the ability to manage to all levels in a matrixed sales environment
- Self-starter and efficient multi-tasker with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Occasional in-country and international travel may be required
- Familiarity with Outsourced or Managed Service-oriented type of business, preferably with a strong understanding of Networking and Security Operations
