Rockingham SHS is seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager Corporate Services to join our leadership team and contribute to the smooth, effective, and compliant management of the school’s business operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational support across finance, human resources, facilities, and administration.
- Support the development and execution of the school’s financial performance, promotions and public relations, human resources, school and student administration, and workforce and business plans.
- Assist in leading operational enhancements and strategic financial and budget planning to ensure the school remains well-resourced, well-maintained, and conducive to effective teaching and learning.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across staff, students, and the wider community.
- Strong initiative, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and sound judgement in decision‑making.
- A high level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and quality service delivery.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and support continuous improvement in school operations.

Eligibility
- Be an Australian or Recent Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start.
- Consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
