$92,087 to $99,353 per annum (HEW 6). Full‐time, fixed‐term contract until November 2026, Joondalup campus.
Position: Web Content Officer (Marketing & Communications).
Role Description
Reporting to the Web Experience Manager, the role supports a range of web content activities:
- Support university's distributed web authors to produce web content that complies with policies and standards.
- Monitor and assess ECU web properties for accessibility, reliability and performance.
- Provide web authors with advice on policy and strategic web initiatives.
- Assist web authors with compliance against ECU's brand guidelines, corporate style guides and appropriate use of ECU logo.
- Show aptitude for robust data analytics and willingness to use third‐party website governance and monitoring tools, job tracking software, and data visualisation tools.
Qualifications & Criteria
Key requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Experience coordinating and delivering accessible and engaging web content via a web content management system.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a large and complex organisation, with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
- Strong skills in web accessibility and working knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Effective communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
