**About the role**
Join Repco's Victorian management team as our newest Regional Manager to lead our stores in the **Gippsland and Metro Melbourne** area (eg Bairnsdale to Franskston).
The role will see you leading and coaching your team, growing margin and profit, and executing operational requirements to deliver excellence across the store network.
With strong multi-site experience, you will demonstrate a high level of motivation, excellent communication skills, and engage the area's workforce to deliver results.
Your team and peers will consider you to be an engaging leader that leads by example, promoting a solid team culture. With overall business objectives in mind, it is important that you are present in stores to actively coach and develop your team to enable further success across the store network.
