Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Robina store. We are passionate about transforming how our customers see the world and value our team as the key to our success. Our team interactions and customer experiences define who we are and our growth as a leading eyewear retailer.
What You Will Do
* Support the Store Manager and Optometrist in managing store operations, appointment bookings, and delivering a seamless customer journey from eye exam to frame selection and dispensing.
* Manage store operations two days a week on the Store Manager’s days off.
* Contribute to a positive team environment and customer experience, fostering loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals.
