As a First Nations Police Liaison Officer, your goal will be to assist in developing trust and understanding between members of the Queensland Police Service and the wider community, with a particular focus on local First Nations communities.You will join a dedicated team of Police Liaison officers and have the opportunity to apply your unique skills across various priorities for the QPS, including youth crime and domestic violence.Your success will depend on your positive attitude and proactive engagement with the community.Targeted VacancyThis is an identified position. One of the referees should be able to attest to the applicant's background, knowledge, skills, and experience related to cultural capabilities.Role RequirementsThis is an identified position requiring a First Nations person as per the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld).The position involves driving QPS vehicles.
