Our Personal & Wellbeing Carers
At Infinite Care, we pride ourselves on providing industry-leading resident care and services that encourage and enable residents to remain independent, all within our safety-first workplace. Resident Carers can work across 7 days, with shifts in the AM, PM, and Nighttime. We offer shifts in strength & conditioning physio, 1:1 support, memory support, engagement and wellbeing, and medication shifts, with in-house training and buddy systems.
This role at Tweed Aged Care Home | Northern Rivers NSW & Gold Coast QLD involves working closely with nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams to deliver timely, compassionate care. The attached position description details specific duties and responsibilities.
About You
We hire for heart; our ideal candidates are empathetic, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate about making a difference in the elderly's lives. You should have recently graduated with a Diploma of Nursing or be a 2nd-year Bachelor of Nursing student with first-year placement completed. You should also be able to:
* Maintain excellent safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling, or injury
* Demonstrate a positive teamwork attitude, reliability, excellent time management, and adherence to safety procedures
* Have a passion for providing quality care and helping our company deliver excellent services
* Engage with residents using calm, patient, and empathetic communication to build trust and companionship
* Possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or other relevant healthcare qualification, including Nursing degree or Diploma of Nursing
* Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
Our care roles are physically demanding, involving bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and squatting. All candidates will need to complete an online medical assessment to ensure safety standards.
