Job Summary:
As a highly valued Branch Lending Specialist, you will be based in our Garden City branch and serve the local community as the first point of contact for customers' retail banking and lending needs.
The role involves providing support and serving existing customers, helping them with new lending while developing referral networks to introduce new customers to the branch. You will manage home loans through completion, grow your pipeline, and scan for opportunities to help Australians own their homes.

* Sales Performance: Accountable for day-to-day operations, including meeting service standards and performance targets
* Process and Operations: Maintain strong knowledge of lending and ancillary products, adopt sales strategies aligned with the divisional business plan
To Succeed in This Role:
You will have:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage lending/credit assessment
* Demonstrated experience in working with all banking products
* Proven ability to network with key stakeholders and pursue leads and obtain business through network activities
* Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with proven ability to apply cross-selling techniques for products and services
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer and sales focus
* Ability to problem-solve complex financial problems
* Strong ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong connections with the team
* Demonstrated exceptional stakeholder management
