Established in 2014 we are small but warm physiotherapy clinic with a great relationship with the Tuggeranong and surrounds community.
We have a small but modern and custom designed facility that is located in Tuggeranong ACT with shops, cafes and numerous facilities around us.
We offer a range of services including physiotherapy, clinical Pilates classes, hydrotherapy and small group exercise classes.
The Role
We are seeking a professional and reliable Medical/Allied Health Receptionist to support the physiotherapists in the daily administrative functions of the business.
Key duties include:
* Maintaining a busy front desk, email and phone enquiries and dealing with face to face enquiries
* Diary and appointment management
* Taking payments
* Corresponding with relevant health care/rehabilitation providers and insurance companies
* Accounts, receipting and banking
* Opening and closing the practice and ad-hoc roles throughout the day consistent with administrative tasks

Employed on a casual/part-time basis, your hours will be between hours per week.
Remuneration
Wage will be aligned to the Health Professionals and Support Services Award and the successful candidate's relevant experience. Employer superannuation contributions are also included.
