Our Data & AI team is expanding and we're looking for an AI Engineer to join our vast community of solvers. By joining PwC's Data & AI team, you'll play a vital role in designing, constructing, and deploying production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions. Working with clients across various industries, you will engage in hands-on work with complex and diverse datasets, focusing on deploying, and refining advanced generative AI solutions.

What you'll do
* Assist in the design, construction, and deployment of production-grade AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and basic agentic workflows.
* Support the implementation of cloud-native AI systems, gaining proficiency with LLMOps/DevOps pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
* Participate in the evaluation and fine-tuning of AI models, utilising open-source tools.
* Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and collaboration.
What we're looking for
* Experience: 2+ years of experience delivering data-driven AI and genAI solutions in a business environment.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
* Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Technical skills:
*
o Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java is a plus.
o Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like pandas, NumPy and SciPy.
o Hands-on experience with AI and Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, LangGraph, CrewAI etc).
o Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
o Experience with data engineering and pipelines (SQL, ETL/ELT, distributed systems) to handle large datasets and unstructured data, data cleaning, and preprocessing.
o Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
o Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
o Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker.
