Mars Hill Care is seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to a female client. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful community participation.
Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred support tailored to the client's needs and goals
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties
Accompany and transport the client to appointments, community activities, and social outings
Encourage independence, engagement, and social connection
Maintain accurate case notes and ensure client safety and wellbeing at all times
Requirements
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Experience in disability support or community services (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and qualified
