Job Description
As a Manager in our Organisational and Workforce Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading teams of consultants to design and deliver transformative solutions that drive business value and lasting results. Your typical day will involve working with clients to scope, plan, and deliver programmes of work that enable organisational change, as well as managing the planning, forecasting, and delivery of work in line with agreed statements of work.
You will also contribute to proposal development activities, shape and scope new packages of work, and report on status up through project and client governance structures. Additionally, you will participate in practice-related activities and act as a career coach for team members, guiding them in their ongoing growth and development within the firm.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Change consultant and leader: solid consulting experience, ability to lead change programs, manage and support team members
* Scoping and managing delivery of change work to a client or customer
* Planning and conducting workplace or organisational change in a large or complex organisation;
* Facilitating change planning; including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change management planning;
* Design for business including persona development, storytelling, design thinking workshops, human centred design
* Managing the commercial considerations of a project
* Experience in tech adoption, with a proven track record managing large scale transformation projects
