* Collaborate directly with the Restaurant Manager to influence menu design and curate daily specials.
* Contribute to the seamless daily operations of The Kitchen.
* Lead culinary execution and ensure quality and consistency across service.
Qualifications
* Number of years of experience as Head Chef or equivalent leadership role.
* Relevant culinary qualifications.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Experience with stock control procedures.
* Number of years of experience as a chef.
* English language skills proficiency.
* Experience with menu planning and costing.
* Current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
