Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie, located in Brisbane, QLD. The Chef De Partie will oversee various kitchen sections, ensure the consistent quality of dishes, and assist in menu planning. Daily tasks include preparing and cooking food, collaborating with the kitchen team, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and managing inventory and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
* Expertise in cooking and food preparation techniques
* Ability to manage kitchen stations and ensure the quality of dishes
* Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Formal culinary training or a related qualification is preferred
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
